Returns Policy

Customers may request a return and full refund within 24 hours of delivery, subject to the conditions below and applicable law.

Return Conditions

• Request the return within 24 hours of delivery.
• Return goods to DEHOME, Faamudheyri Magu, within one day of receipt.
• Present the order confirmation and identification for verification.
• Items must be new, unused, undamaged and in original condition.

Incorrect or Defective Items

For an incorrect or defective item supplied due to a DEHOME error, request a replacement or refund within 24 hours. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refund Processing

DEHOME will inspect returned items and confirm the refund. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
